I started watching Prison Minds repeats on A&E night time. I soon found myself personally watching 3 episodes in a row. It’s also on ION TV likewise. They usually show epi’s that aired so as, in order to follow the ongoing personal sub-plots superior.

Criminal Minds is Not always exactly the same formula. They do not always even follow serial killers, or it’s often of different types. They don't usually ‘get their man’. Once they do, it’s often by completely different ways, by a contribution by way of different ‘team member’, or sometimes by foolish luck.

Most shows stories seem extracted from actual killers and/or current events (and scary movies, like ‘Saw’), therefore it stays topical.



Criminal Minds DOES create personal stories and on-going plot-lines of these ‘team’. Each major character is very different and has their strengths and weaknesses… they reveal both on a regular basis. Each episode focuses one one too probably the most. For any ‘cop show’, there's a number of heart and humor that can come in the teams’ genuine taking care of one another.

I like these people use ‘brain power’ to solve crimes, not fictitious lab function. Sure, Penny Garcia couldn't necessarily realistically find things simply because fast as she does on her computer… but that contributes in some of the fun and humor in the show… and speeds up this story.

I disagree to a different review’s here that say they demean the area cops. They often range from their way to stress one to the other To avoid which, and get ‘dressed down’ every time they did.
